RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We hope that you are happy with your selection from Felio Siby. However, if you find it necessary to return merchandise, it should be returned AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and ONLY IF FACTORY DEFECTIVE OR SIZE MISMATCH.

Our return/exchange policy is as follows:
- After 7 days, no returns will be allowed
All items must be returned with original tags attached. We regret we cannot accept worn, washed, or damaged items (including stains or odor) for return or exchange.
All sale items are final sales, no exchange or refunds.
Custom printed items are not refundable.
Shipping on exchange or return:
Shipping charges on an exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer.
When you ship a product to us for return, make sure that you ensure it and have the ability to track your item. If your item is lost in transit to us, we are not responsible.
Exchanges can take up to 6-8 weeks to receive back.
